We operate a 30 day returns policy; should you be dissatisfied with our product due to quality or packaging faults, then we will be

Paying for your order - PayPal
For your security, all your transactions with Sanicare UK are covered by the PayPal payment system. We do not have access to any of your card details and this cannot be accessed by any other 3rd party. For more details about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.co.uk. We operate best practice with our customer transactions and hence only apply for payment for the products you have ordered from PayPal when we despatch your order.
As the shopper you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days from receipt of the goods. To cancel an order that you have not yet received, please send an e-mail to info@sanicare-uk.com, or telephone 07841 816547, stating your name, order code and goods ordered. If you have received the goods and wish to cancel within 7 days please return the goods in original condition and packaging and we will refund your payment via PayPal after they are received. - Delivery
We will endeavour to ship from stock within 7 days of your order. If something is not in stock, we will advise as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as we receive it. If there is a further delay we will notify you and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like the order to be sent to you. Delivery is charged at £4.95 for all products except Bidet Toilet Seats which are charged at £8.95.
